Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver within approximately 5 km of our outlet at Shop No. 31A, Ground Floor, Madhuri CHS, Plot No. 1, Sector 6, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400 708, covering Airoli sectors and nearby areas. If your address falls outside this area, we will call you and offer takeaway pickup instead.

• Orders are accepted and delivered only during kitchen hours: 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm (daily).
• All food is freshly cooked. Please allow 15–20 minutes for preparation, plus 15–30 minutes for delivery depending on distance, weather and traffic.
• Orders placed outside kitchen hours are treated as requests for the next available service slot and are confirmed by phone.
• Bulk, party and per-kg orders require advance notice of at least 4–6 hours.

• Delivery charge: ₹40 per order. Free on orders above ₹500.
• Minimum order value for delivery: ₹150.
• Packing charges are extra (₹20 per order; thali parcels ₹10 extra per thali).
• Anything ordered extra over the listed item is charged extra.

You may choose takeaway pickup at checkout and collect your order from the outlet. No delivery charge applies. Please arrive within 20 minutes of the confirmation call so the food is served hot.

• Our team confirms every order by phone on the number provided. Please keep your phone reachable.
• If our rider cannot reach you or the address is incorrect or inaccessible after two attempted calls, the order is treated as delivered and no refund is payable.
• Delays caused by rain, traffic restrictions, festivals or other events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation of a prepared order.
