We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Online payments, when enabled, are processed by our payment gateway partner (Zoho Payments). Card, UPI and bank credentials are handled entirely by the gateway. Shivam Restaurant never sees or stores them.

We share only what is necessary — for example your name, phone number and address with our delivery staff, or transaction details with our payment gateway — and where required by law.

Order records are retained only as long as needed for service, accounting and statutory requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
