This website is operated by Shivam Restaurant, Shop No. 31A, Ground Floor, Madhuri CHS, Plot No. 1, Sector 6, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400 708. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

• An order is confirmed only after our team acknowledges it by phone or WhatsApp. Adding items to the cart does not by itself create a binding order.
• An order once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, except as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Food is served only during kitchen hours: 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm (daily).
• Please allow 15–20 minutes for preparation of freshly cooked food.
• You must provide accurate contact details and a reachable mobile number.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Packing charges are extra.
• Items marked “price on call” (tawa fry and certain seafood) are priced as per the day's catch and are confirmed on call before preparation.
• Prices, portion sizes and availability may change without prior notice.
• All items are prepared in refined oil. Anything extra is charged extra.
• Minimum delivery order: ₹150. Delivery charge ₹40, free above ₹500.

At present, payment is collected as cash or UPI at the time of delivery or pickup. Secure online payment through Zoho Payments will be enabled shortly; when live, all online payments will be processed by the payment gateway and Shivam Restaurant will not store your card or bank details.

Our kitchen prepares vegetarian, egg, meat and seafood dishes in a shared space, so cross-contact cannot be ruled out. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before ordering. We are not liable for reactions where an allergy was not disclosed.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, power failure or statutory restrictions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane / Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
